I admit that's a bold statement. But, it is
completely true as you will see in the next
few paragraphs.

The first big lie about Weight Loss is "it is
in your genes". This is totally false. We learn what, when and how to eat from our parents.

If our parents eat foods that are high in sugar, high in fat, high in salt, high in calories, low in protein and low in fiber (the typical American Diet) that is what we eat. However, if our parents eat foods that are low in sugar, low in fat, low in salt, low in calories, high in protein and high in fiber we will eat those foods.

The Next Big Lie About Weight Loss

The next big lie is all you have to do is take this pill and you will effortlessly lose your excess fat. This is not true.  There is no "Silver Bullet" pill that removes the fat from our bodies.  The truth is our body is a finely tuned machine. If we keep it well maintained with proper nutrition we will speed up metabolism and burn more calories.

The Reality of Weight Loss

If we continue doing what we're doing, we will continue to have what we currently have! 

In order to lose belly fat and keep it off we must make a "Lifestyle" change. We can speed up metabolism which increases our energy and enables us to burn more calories.

Diets don't work because we're hungry.  After being hungry for a while we return to our old eating habits and most of us BINGE and gain more weight than we had lost on the diet.
